How does the payment process work?It's pretty simple. You select a package, enter your desired login information and finally you'll be redirected to a payment processor (PayPal) where you can pay. Once your payment has been verified, you'll receive a link to your download.
How do I know if I there's a theme update?Our WordPress themes check new versions automatically and you will see an update notification in your WordPress admin just like with any free theme!
Can I use your templates on multiple sites?Yes, you are free to use our templates on as many websites as you like.
Yes, we do for 1 year after your purchase. Support is provided via email. Questions are generally answered within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays. We don't provide support for extensive template customization and 3rd party plugins.
Will WordPress theme work with 3rd party plugins?All our themes are properly coded by WordPress standards and any plugin that also uses best coding practices should play well with our themes.
Is Gutenberg supported?Not yet. But we're planning to support it as soon as it's good enough. Our themes use the classic editor by default, you don't have to install an extra plugin to disable Gutenberg.
How can I be refunded?Before you request a refund please note that there is a difference between a broken item, and simply receiving an error message or having trouble configuring the Product to your desired result.
Error messages are often related to improper setup, hosting, configuration, or 3rd party software which causes the item to not work. Our support is always here to help you.
